How It Works
In my practice, I specialize in sport injury (acute and chronic) and sport-performance massage but am very happy to work with all kinds of clients and goals. Here are the primary massage therapy techniques I utilize:
Deep Tissue
Myofascial Release
Active Release
Cupping
IASTM/Gua Sha
Trigger Point
Swedish
For the sake of simplicity, I offer two options on my booking page which are described below. It is important prior to our first session that we discuss what your goals and expectations are and creating a plan from there.

Orthopedic Massage
Refers to using manual therapy techniques to address any physical issue or injury. It is a collaborative effort between client and therapist to discuss, evaluate, and create a specialized treatment plan that best addresses the client’s concerns or goals. It can include a variety of techniques and tools that are deemed to be most appropriate depending on the client and client goals.

Sports Massage
Uses massage techniques designed to either prepare the body for an athletic event or competition or accelerate recovery following an event.
